Sahar Douraghy is a licensed attorney in California. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine with majors in Criminology, Law and Society and Political Science. During law school, she studied abroad in the London Program where she served as a Law Clerk for a prominent Family Law Solicitor. After earning her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law, she began practicing at a family law firm. Sahar has exclusively practiced family law for over 17 years. Throughout her law school career Sahar worked for various different public interest groups including, Legal Aid Foundation, The Alliance for Children's Rights, and Children's Law Center. Her past experiences have provided her with a deep compassion and commitment for fighting for children and helping families.
Sahar practices in all areas of children and family law with a major focus on children's issues, minor's counsel cases, custody matters, adoptions, surrogacy/ovum donation, dissolutions, and mediation.
Sahar particularly enjoys helping to create families. She loves working with prospective adoptive parents and birth parents to find a perfect match and bring a child into a loving home.
Sahar's time studying abroad cultivated her love for travel and experiencing new cultures. Sahar is an avid Angels fan, enjoys traveling, attending games and concerts and spending time with family and friends. Her own experience becoming a mother through assisted reproductive technology has increased her passion for helping families through this process.
Kristen Przeklasa is a licensed attorney in California. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, San Diego with majors in both Political Science and Communication. She was awarded a full academic Dean's scholarship to attend Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she received her Juris Doctorate.
While attending Loyola Law School, Kristen interned for a Family Law Judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court where she observed court proceedings and reviewed case files. She also interned for the Public Counsel Adoptions Project, assisting foster parents with the adoption of their foster children.
Upon her graduation from law school, Kristen began exclusively practicing Family Law. Kristen has exclusively practiced family law for over 16 years. Kristen is a founding partner of OC Child and Family Formation

Kristen practices in all areas of children and family law with a major focus on children's issues, minor's counsel cases, custody matters, mediation, adoptions, surrogacy/ovum donation, and dissolutions. Kristen has first-hand experience of the joys and difficulties of adoptions, as she has assisted her own family members through the process. Kristen especially enjoys being a part of the journey each prospective adoptive parent and intended parent experience in finding and completing their family.
Kristen attributes her dedication to children and families to her own supportive family. As a child, she relocated with her family to Southern California from Chicago, Illinois, where she was born. Kristen is a Chicago Bears fan, enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her family and friends, and playing with her niece and nephew.
